Upload Recipients to a Promotion

RewardsVault provides access to Upload a Single Recipient with only a few steps or Upload Multiple Recipients in minutes. It’s as simple as providing names, emails, quantities and an optional custom message.

Single Recipient

Step 1


Click ‘Add Eligible’.

In the Active Promotions Widget on your main Dashboard.
On the individual Promotion page.

Step 2


Enter the Recipient’s Information, quantity of rewards they should receive and an optional custom message.


Note: To add another recipient select ‘Add’ under the first recipient.


Step 3


The Vault identifies each unique recipient by their Email and First name. If a recipient has previously been added to the promotion and you try to add them again, or if you try to add a unique recipient twice, you’ll see error messages.





If you wish a unique recipient to qualify for a promotion more than once, and for separate accounts, toggle on ‘Allow Duplicate’ and select ‘Add Eligible’.


Step 4


Confirm Recipient was added to the promotion.

Multiple Recipients

Step 1


Follow steps 1 for Single Recipients above. Select the ‘Upload From CSV’ button.


Step 2


From the pop-up select ‘CSV Template’.


Step 3


Enter Recipient’s Information and quantities. Save the file to your computer!



Note: you can add up to 5000 Recipients per upload


Step 4


Input the saved CSV file, select the Account and click ‘Add Records’.


Step 5

If you wish a unique recipient to qualify for a promotion again, toggle on ‘Allow Duplicate’.





Add an optional custom message and select ‘Add Eligible’.


Step 6


Confirm Recipients were added to the promotion.
