Upload Recipients to Reward Blaster

Reward Blaster provides access to Upload a Single Recipient with only a few steps or Upload Multiple Recipients in minutes. It’s as simple as providing names, emails, quantities and an optional custom message.

Single Recipient

Step 1


From the Dashboard, click ‘Reward Blaster’.


Step 2


Select the Account.


Note: Funding for the rewards will come from the Funding group associated with the Account.


Step 3


You have the option to send a custom message to the recipient(s) and the option to add an internal note.




Notes will appear attached to eligible records in your admin panel. The recipient will not see this note.


Step 4


Enter a Recipient’s Information, Select the Reward Value & Quantity. To add an additional recipient simply click the ‘Add Recipient’ button.


Note: All gift card options will be available by default, a custom catalog can be created.


Step 5


Toggle Activation On / Off. The Order Total and Account Balance will reflect your total. You can also see each line items total to the right of each recipient. Once totals are confirmed select ‘Blast Reward’.


Step 6


If sufficient funds are available in your Account, you will receive a Reward Blaster Confirmation.







If sufficient funds are not available in your account, you will receive a Reward Blaster Pending notification with a 1-click Approval to fund your order.






If something goes wrong processing the payment, you will receive a Reward Blaster Failed notification with a link to update your payment information.


Step 7


Confirm Recipients were sent a reward!

Multiple Recipients

Step 1


Follow steps 1, 2 & 3 for Single Recipients above. Select the ‘Upload CSV’ button.


Step 2


From the pop-up select ‘CSV Template’.


Step 3


Enter Recipient’s Information and quantities. Save the file to your computer!

Note: you can add up to 5000 Recipients per upload


Step 4


Input the saved CSV file, select the value and click ‘Add Records’.


Step 5


Toggle Activation On / Off. The Order Total and Account Balance will reflect your total. You can also see each line items total to the right of each recipient. Once totals are confirmed select ‘Blast Reward’.

Note: if you run into an error that is most likely due to an extra space being added into a field.


Step 6
