Custom Message

A personal message can be added to outgoing eligible recipient emails.

Adding a human touch to communications goes a long way towards customer’s perception of your business.

Since this message will be added to reward emails, it’s also a great place to add any further information for recipients where you know they are likely to see it.

Reward Blaster

To enter your custom message, use the Recipient Message box in Reward Blaster (See ‘Upload Recipients To Reward Blaster’).

Add to Promotion

To enter your custom message, use the Custom Message box when you add eligible recipients to a promotion (See ‘Upload Recipients To Your Promotions’).


The message will be added below the regular message in the Activation and Activation Confirmation email.
