Funding Schedule
Set up your Funding Schedule to ensure your account is always funded and ready to deliver.
Choose how much to reload either at set intervals or when funds reach a specific amount.
If neither are selected your account will automatically fund daily with the payment method on file if you incur a negative balance.
Ensure the best Reward Experience by knowing nothing can stop the right reward from getting to the right person at the right time!
There are 3 Funding Schedule types:
Daily
Automatically fund your balance daily if you have a negative balance from the day.
On a schedule
Schedule an automatic funding of your balance on a regular frequency.
When balance is low
Automatically fund your account when it drops to a minimum threshold.
Step 1
Select ‘Manage Funding’.
Step 2
Select ‘Change’ in Funding Schedule.
On A Schedule
Select ‘Auto-Reload on a schedule’. Enter the reload amount, frequency, start date and then save.
When Balance Is Low
Select ‘Auto-Reload when your balance gets low. Enter the reload amount, the balance when the reload should activate and save.
Note: Funding this way ensures the best reward experience.
