Do you have an eligible recipient experiencing issues when trying to redeem their reward? No Sweat! Simply you or the recipient can go to and submit a Customer Support ticket. Follow the steps below and our team will get it taken care of!


Navigate to, enter the recipient’s email and select ‘Find Me’.

Scenario 1

Success! The reward was found! An email will be sent with a direct link to the recipient’s vault where they can select the retailer of their choosing on the date specified.

Scenario 2

There wasn’t a reward found for the recipient. We have a dedicated Customer Support team to help! Click ‘Submit a Ticket’.

Submit a Ticket

A pop-up will appear, fill out the necessary information and click ‘Send’. Our team will get to work and have and answer to the recipient within 2 business days.
