In this Privacy Policy, we, ConFusion L.L.C. dba Promotion Vault. (herein “Promotion Vault” or “PV”) provide information about how we collect, use and transfer Personally Identifiable Information (herein “PII”)..
Promotion Vault distributes Rewards to Recipients on behalf of Subscribers (the “PV Service”). If you have utilized the PV Services or received a Reward distributed by Promotion Vault on behalf of a Promotion Vault Subscriber, this Notice applies to you as a Subscriber or Recipient. Please read it carefully.
This Privacy Policy applies to Recipient Content and Subscriber Content used by Promotion Vault to provide the Service. PII can be used to uniquely identify or contact a single person. Such PII is not limited to first name, last name and email/mailing address, and IP Address.
USE OF PII
Promotion Vault can obtain such PII from its Subscribers in order to fulfill a Reward Link to a Recipient, or directly from a Recipient through the use of the service. We strive to ensure that a Subscriber who provides Promotion Vault with Recipient PII is doing so with your consent in accordance with the Promotion Vault Terms Of Service and applicable laws. Promotion Vault also receives and records information on our platform. Promotion Vault uses this information: to fulfill your Reward redemption requests, to perform customer service or contact you (if necessary) and provide reporting for Subscribers. Promotion Vault may contact you as part of the Service. You can unsubscribe from any emails.
RECIPIENT OPT-IN CONTENT
Recipients may submit content related and unrelated to the reward experience and Recipient Opt-In Content provided to Company by Recipient is the property of Company. Recipient hereby grants Company a license and right to use and communicate directly to Recipient.
DISCLOSURE
We may disclose PII to affiliated or non-affiliated third parties who are: assisting us with providing the Services, including without limitation: the sending of emails, customer support, assisting us or our customer in protecting against or preventing actual or potential fraud, violations of our Terms of Service, unauthorized transactions, claims or other liabilities. We may disclose PII in response to a law enforcement agency’s request or subpoena or a court order, or as otherwise required or permitted by law or consistent with legal requirements.
PLATFORM DATA COLLECTION
Subscriber and Recipient agrees and acknowledges that the PV Services automatically log all Subscriber and Recipient activity conducted on the platform, and PV owns all right, title and interest in and to the Services Activity Data.
VAULT SECURITY
PV has put in place appropriate procedures in an effort to safeguard and help prevent unauthorized access, maintain data security, and correctly use the information we collect.

MINOR POLICY
We will not knowingly collect Personal Information from the sponsoring business or through our customer support channel for anyone we know to be under 18 years of age.
Change of Control
Promotion Vault reserves the right to transfer all Recipient Content in our platform in the event that Promotion Vault is acquired or merged or otherwise assigned such that control rests with a different entity.
